A bastide tucked behind the old city of Aix — light, quiet, built around the work. The kind of space that slows you down before the session begins.\n\nFounded in 2013 by Charlotte Faillard, a former professional dancer and GYROTONIC® Master Trainer who spent over a decade training with Lucrezia Caricola based in Rome. The only official Gyrotonic studio in the region, teaching in French, English, and Italian.\n\n4 Traverse Notre-Dame, Aix-en-Provence. A traditional Provençal bastide, not a converted gym. Sessions by appointment only.
